Not at all. Most of my clients have little to no technical background — and that's exactly who I'm built for. I explain everything in plain language, I never assume knowledge you don't have, and I handle all the technical setup myself. Your job is to understand your business; mine is to handle the AI.
It depends entirely on what you're trying to do. Some businesses start with free or low-cost tools and see significant results for under $100/month. More complex automation or custom solutions involve higher upfront investment. I always present options at multiple price points, and I'm transparent about costs before you commit to anything.
This is one of the most common situations I encounter. Usually, AI not working comes down to the wrong tool for the job, poor setup, or missing context — not a fundamental limitation of AI. I'll take an honest look at what you tried and why it failed, and either fix the approach or point you in a better direction.
For AI discovery and tool guidance, most clients are up and running within 2–3 weeks. Workflow automation projects typically run 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Custom agentic solutions take longer — usually 6–12 weeks for initial deployment. I set clear timelines upfront and give you regular progress updates throughout.
Yes — all of my work is done remotely via video call and collaborative tools, so location isn't a barrier. I work with clients across Canada and the US, and occasionally further afield. The discovery call is free wherever you are.
Data privacy is something I take seriously and discuss explicitly with every client. I'll walk you through the privacy policies and data handling of any tool I recommend, help you configure privacy settings appropriately, and flag any situations where caution is warranted. I never recommend a tool I wouldn't feel comfortable using with my own data.
